The Anxio Cube is designed with aero-space grade metal to give a premium and unmatched fidgeting experience that you cannot get with other fidgets. It uses strong magnets and top notch bearings to allow for a seemingly endless spin. The push from the magnets gives a smooth glide like spin that separates it from others on the market. The Anxio Cube is in a class of its own.
The supplier was very responsive in helping troubleshoot when my spinner fell apart. He sent a replacement, which works great and spins smoothly. It is supposed to come apart like in the video, to use as a top. One of the magnets came out of the first spinner I received and could not be put back together, except with superglue which seems to have done the trick. But it is still wobbly. So I’m glad I got the replacement. It is not a cheap fidget: it’s beautiful with great weight. Perfect gift for my husband to use at work. It took a long time to ship, FYI. Overall I’m very happy and recommend this to serious fidget collectors.

Orders are processed directly to our shipping team following order confirmation.|
Tracking will be provided to your email as soon as your order is shipped.
Current Processing Time: 5-10 Business Days
Standard Shipping Delivery Time: 7-20 Business Days
All customers are in charge of paying any import fees unique to their country.
Cancellations will be accepted within 30 minutes of an order being placed. After 30 minutes, if the order has been sent to our shipping company there will be a $15 USD re-stocking fee.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Please note: Due to current conditions across the globe, some countries are seeing extended shipping times. We have no control over these delays but we assure you that your order will arrive and we will do everything to assist you in the meantime.
Some countries are not accepting any shipments, if this is the case and you do not receive tracking information within the current processing time, you can contact us for more information.

Returns
We do offer refunds within 30-Days of receiving the item. If you decide you would like a refund within 30 days, please contact us for the return address via email anxioco@gmail.com.
There will be a $12 USD restocking fee for any returns or cancellations after 30 minutes of order being placed.
As the customer, you are in charge of purchasing the return shipping label and getting the unit back to our specified address. Until the unit is in our possession, we will be unable to process any kind of refund.
When we receive the unit we will asses it for any forced damage. As long as the unit Is in a reasonable condition, we will accept your return.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the unit is forcefully damaged or abused.
If your refund is accepted, it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Denied Packages from Customs
As stated in our shipping policy, each customer is in charge of paying their countries import fees and taxes. If you decline to pay your duties and your order is returned to us, we will refund you the purchase amount less all shipping/customs costs. The exact amount will be given to you via email when receiving your returned amount. Please note: when a package is returned to us, we pay shipping prices twice, once for the original shipment and another time for it to be returned, both these costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Lost or stolen packages
Any package that is confirmed to be lost via it's tracking information will be refunded or reimbursed with another unit. Please contact us if this happens.
Orders that are confirmed to be delivered via tracking information are not eligible for reimbursement from Booster. Orders made with Insured Priority are fully insured. Orders made with Standard Free are partially insured.
Please contact us if any of these problems arise and we will do whatever we can to find a solution.
Refund Amount
Please note that all refunds or cancellations will be your purchase price minus any transaction or shipping/customs fees that may occur.
